The former president's Granddaughter Gets Expert Tips from Golf Legend Woods Prior to LPGA Debut
The rising star maintains considerable social media audience
The young golfer will have plenty of high-profile cheerleaders as she starts her LPGA debut on Thursday.
This teenage golfer, who is connected to Donald Trump, received a special exemption to compete at the Annika competition in the Sunshine State.
Her grandfather, an avid golfer, possesses several courses worldwide and frequently matches against his granddaughter.
"He's quite skilled. I can't reveal details but we play tight competitions," she mentioned.
Kai explained that Trump, who won't be present, counseled her: "Just don't get nervous."
"He essentially advised me to go out there and enjoy myself," she continued.
"In my eyes, he's simply a regular grandfather. He won't be there for the tournament. He's occupied with world affairs, making him rather occupied."
Being non-professional, Kai has participated in a mere three competitions in 2024 and maintains position 461 in AJGA standings.
However she can seek guidance from golf legend, romantically involved with Vanessa.
"He represents the greatest golfer worldwide," the young golfer said.
"Additionally, he's a superior human being. He told me to play, enjoy myself, and go with the flow."
Kai will face some of top competitors in professional golf at the competition, such as world number two Nelly Korda, British Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.
Tournament organizers stated that Kai's presence brings the sport to new audiences, particularly with youth audiences.
Kai has millions of followers and recently launched her own clothing and lifestyle brand.
Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
